AI Agents to Scale Property Management Operations

We are engaging with a multi-family operator and property management company to prototype a an LLM–driven voice and chat agent and backed by a real‑time RAG knowledge base—that plugs directly into the company’s CRM case queue. Deployed across nationwide buildings, the agent will answers leasing, maintenance, and policy questions 24 × 7, creates fully‑structured service tickets in seconds, and routes only complex issues to on‑site teams.

Empowering City Governments with AI

After prototyping AI chatbots for local cities, we are taking our tech stack nationwide and engaging several cities to build 24/7 chat and voice agents that help answer complex zoning, permitting, municipal code and resident services questions. Applying AI Across the Development Process for Master Plan Project

In a groundbreaking partnership with the City of Cleveland and the iconic Bone Thugs N Harmony, OMA Real Estate Holdings, the parent company of OMA, is co-founding the Harmony District—a master-planned community set to redefine urban living. We’re acquiring over 200 properties to build entertainment corridors, shopping centers, industrial flex spaces, affordable housing, restaurants, and lounges, creating an international tourist hub. AI is at the heart of this venture, woven into our development, capital-raising, and advisory practices. Leveraging AI to Secure Entitlement

OMA was proud to serve the Corral Opportunity Fund, a developer based out of Los Angeles that was looking to expedite their entitlement with the city of Los Angeles. While up on a critical deadline and the need to source building code and records, we provided just in time support to the Founder of the Fund, Manny Corral. Our team pulled together volumes of data and information that was essential to permit review process. As a result of extensive research and analysis, we prepared all of the documents and plan check requirements to satisfy the city planner. The result: an approval on their phase 1 of the entitlement process for the Fund's new 300 + multi-family housing development.

Agent Accelerator

Our team created the Agent Accelerator for the worldwide Solana Hackathon that took place late 2024. Out of 500 submissions, our Agent Accelerator platform won 2nd place in the AI tooling category. Through this platform, AI agents can be created, customized and deployed across blockchain and non-blockchain domains. This solution, while still in development, has received wide scale attention and and parts of the workflows underneath the platform have been adopted by other AI agent infrastructure projects (i.e. Arc). Building Custom AI Agent Workflows for Blockchain Application and Beyond

OMA was contracted by Arc, a leading AI infrastructure project on the Solana blockchain, to build custom AI agent workflow builders that empower Arc’s founders to spin up specialized agents effortlessly and deploy them across diverse use cases. Tasked with enhancing Arc’s platform—already a powerhouse in decentralized AI applications—we delivered flexible, scalable tools that streamline agent creation, from data orchestration to real-time analytics, all optimized for Solana’s high-speed blockchain. Specifically, our team was tapped to help create a series of custom tools and workflows that will enable their upcoming platform “Ryzome” that serves as a marketplace to build and deploy agents.
